About Me
I've always been a people person, and pharmacy recruitment lets me make the most of that. The professionals in this field genuinely care about their patients, and being able to support that in some small way, by connecting the right people with the right roles, never gets old. We also get to work with some really cool companies along the way, which helps.
What I can promise is that I'm straight with people. I work hard, I say it how it is, and I'd never put someone forward for a role they weren't right for. It sounds simple but it's not always how this industry works, and it's something I feel strongly about.
In 2024 I co-founded Nathan James Personnel alongside my business partner to build something focused entirely on pharmacy hiring across the US. No other sectors, no distractions, just pharmacy.
Outside of work, I keep life full. You'll find me on the golf course most weekends, at the gym or out running during the week, or planning the next trip somewhere new. I travel as much as I can. I also play piano and guitar, and my music taste hasn't moved on much from classic rock and roll, which I consider a personality strength rather than a flaw. When I'm not doing any of that, I'm probably out on my motorbike.
