This is a leadership role where your decisions genuinely shape how the pharmacy performs.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the clinical and operational performance of the pharmacy, and the quality of every therapy that goes out the door.
- Building, mentoring and developing a team of pharmacists and technicians.
- Keeping the site inspection ready and fully compliant with California Board of Pharmacy and accreditation standards.
- Working closely with nursing, intake and clinical teams so every patient's move from hospital to home is safe and seamless.
- Managing budgets, inventory and staffing to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.

A national home infusion company, led by pharmacists and focused on immunoglobulin and acute infusion therapies.
It started as a single pharmacy and has grown to dozens of locations, with a clinician-led leadership team that still holds a significant stake in the business.

What you'll need
- Active California pharmacist license
- 2 years of home infusion experience
- Previous experience leading a pharmacy team
- A hands-on leadership style and the confidence to own both clinical and operational outcomes
