About the Role
Clinical LTC Pharmacist (7 On / 7 Off)
Elizabethtown, KY
$72 to $75 per hour + quarterly bonus up to $4,000!
2pm - 12:30am: 7 days on, 7 days off
What would you do with 26 weeks off every year?
On this rotation, you'll earn up to $136,000 working half the year, and up to $152,000 once quarterly bonuses are added.
Use just seven PTO days and you'll have three straight weeks away. That's not a perk, it's simply how the schedule works.
What you'll be doing
- Working as a clinical pharmacist in a closed door, mail order LTC pharmacy, with no counter, no walk-ins and no retail distractions.
- Starting with a two to three week structured training program, so you're never thrown in at the deep end.
- Working alongside a large team of pharmacists and technicians, so you're properly supported every shift.
- Using automation and robotics every day to keep workflow safe and efficient.
- Building compounding and specialty experience that adds real long-term value to your career.

What you'll need
- Active Kentucky pharmacist license
- Comfortable working a 2pm - 12:30am shift pattern on a 7 on / 7 off rotation
