Tired of unpredictable retail hours and being just another number? This home infusion pharmacy role gives you a genuine Monday-to-Friday schedule and the chance to build real relationships with the patients you're treating.

What you'll be doing

• Compound and verify sterile IV and specialty infusion medications, including IVIG and SCIG therapies, for patients receiving care at home
• Review physician orders for appropriateness, checking for interactions, dosing accuracy and therapy suitability
• Counsel patients and caregivers on their infusion therapy, answering questions and monitoring for adverse reactions
• Work closely with nurses, intake coordinators and the wider clinical team to keep care coordinated and on schedule
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards

What you'll need

• Active Pharmacist license in New York State
• Comfortable working in a sterile compounding environment
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills, particularly when speaking directly with patients
