Do you want more from your pharmacist role than just standing behind a bench? This is a smaller, close-knit pharmacy where you'll be trusted with both the clinical work and a hand in how the site runs day to day.

What you'll be doing

• Compound and verify sterile IV and specialty infusion medications, including IVIG and SCIG therapies, for patients being treated at home
• Screen physician orders for accuracy, interactions and clinical appropriateness before dispensing
• Provide direct patient and caregiver counseling on infusion therapies and monitor for any adverse reactions
• Collaborate with nurses, intake staff and the clinical team to ensure smooth, well-coordinated patient care
• Pitch in on operational tasks as needed — this is a smaller site, so you'll have more variety and more say in how things run than you would at a larger pharmacy
• Keep documentation and practice fully aligned with pharmacy regulations and accreditation requirements

What you'll need

• Active Pharmacist license in Ohio
• Experience or confidence working in a sterile compounding setting
• Strong attention to detail and comfort communicating directly with patients
